Anyway for my card I have colored it with copics. I have used spellbinder die around the image, and mounted it onto Rich Razzleberry card stock, I have used paper from the retired Cottage Wall set, some 1.5 in grosgrain striped ribbon in Rich Razzleberry, sentiment is from the Delightful Dozen stamp set and a butterfly die from Stampin Up. Merry Christmas from Holly Jolly

Hi Everyone, well this is our last post for this year, and we are all taking a break until January 12, when we will start a whole new year of Christmas projects to help you get ready for 2016. For my project I am using an image called Tinkles, which the stamp was available at Stamp and Create our sponsor, but you can get the digital image from Make it Crafty here.
I have colored her with copics can cut her out. I used a can and covered it with Designer paper, and die cut the sentiment and the bells. I added washi tape around the top and made a bow out of designer paper to finish it off. I figure I can use this little gal for some home made bits and bites or something like that or a small gift.

This week our challenge is Embossing, simple enough, could use dry or wet embossing method on a project and it will qualify, so why not come and join us. For my card I am using an image from one of our sponsors Sami Stamps called Winter Cocoa. I love the bright colors I used on the image, which was colored with Copics, I have used two different embossing folders for the background, added a sentiment from Hero Arts, then some pearls.

Lacy Sunshine Creative Challenge

Hi All here is my project for the Color Your World Challenge at the Lacy Sunshine Blog
I am using a new image by Artist Heather Valentin called Ok...Wrong Spell.

I have colored her using Copics,
Here are the colors

For my project I have used a 6 in by 3.5 in diameter LED Candle, I have covered it in Orange Tissue paper using Modge Podge, instead of wrapping the paper around I tore the paper into strips and overlapped them, I decided where I wanted to place the image, and didn't put paper under that area, as you will see in the picture I wanted her face to glow from the light of the candle after it was mounted.
I have set it up in a fall scene using leaves, pumpkins and pinecones.
The first picture is of the scene, without the candle being lit
The second scene is when it was darker out and the candle is lit.

The second scene is when it was darker out and the candle is lit.

Thanks for looking, look forward to seeing what you do for our challenge,
as always it is anything goes. Cindy
