Hi everyone, well it is fall and time for fairs and such around my part of the world, and for my fall inspiration for today I have used a sweet image by Heather called Treacle Toffee Sticky Wings. She is making some yummy caramel toffee apples. I have used copics to color her which are listed below, and have added Stardust Stickles to her wings
The papers are from Stampin Up and old retired set called summer Picnic. I have used Pacific Point and Real Red, card stock, along with some color dots, in Real Red and Old Olive, and Satin ribbon which I colored using Pacific Point re inker and alcohol. The sentiment is from the Stampin up set called Something Sweet, and the Apple is a stamp from the Perfectly Preserved set, stamped in two pieces and cut out and placed on the card.

Hi Everyone, this week we are having a fun color challenge at Come and Get It. It is Black and White with one other color, the only exception to this is skintones, or grey for shading white. We are sponsored by Eureka Stamps and Time 4 Tea Designs, and we were given some images to work with. I am using the image called Cat and Ball from Time for Tea Designs for my card.
My color of course is pink.
Here is my card
As you can see, I have decided to leave the kitty white, I used some cool grey to add the shading onto the kitty. I have colored in the tongue, the ears and the collar in pink, as well as parts of the ball.
I have used a paper from a DCVW stack for the background, and added some pearls in the corners which I colored black with my Prismacolor black marker. The sentiment was added using Memento ink and it is from the Catitude set from Inkadinkado
Hi All our challenge this week at Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge, is Snowflakes and sparkle. I have used an image from QKR Stampede on my card which is one of our sponsors. The image is called Selling Snowflakes. so I have colored him with Cops, then cut him into a rectangle and place him on a banner cut with the Banner Framelits from Stampin Up. I have added some paper behind him. The paper is very old, and can't tell you where it came from. I also stamped some snowflakes using a retired set from Stampin Up called Serene Snowflakes. I have added Dazzling Details to the snow coming down around him as well as the snowflakes in his box.
Thanks for Looking.
Hi Everyone, well it is time for a new challenge at Come and Get It, and our challenge this week is Round Things. So for my round things I have used a clock, along with gears, and a Gear Border.
I altered the clock by using some of the Ranger Alcohol inks onto the clock face as well as the other parts of the clock. I made paper using a gelli plate and acrylic paints in the background. as well as I made another on and cut the gear border out with it and glued it to the top of the clock.
On the outer part of the clock the image is from our sponsor Lacy Sunshine. The image is called Mona Steampunk Etheral Enchantress. She is so pretty and suits the clock so well. as she has gears behind her and is sitting on a box. I have colored her with copics in the following colors
Hi Everyone, Cindy here with the latest post for the Lacy Sunshine blog. we are now into the season of late summer which reminds me of the sunflowers blooming, love those flowers, they get so tall and the bright yellow of them brightens any day. I have chosen to use Sunny Sunflower Flower Pot Pretty, which can be found in the shop by clicking on the link.
I have made this card just to brighten someones day.
I have colored her with copics which the recipe for that is below.
For the card I have used the following.
The yellow base is Crushed Curry card stock . The blue piece is Pacific Point card stock, . I embossed it with a folder called delicate dots all from Stampin Up.
The designer paper is also from Stampin Up called Flower Pot.
and to finish off the card I used a couple of flowers from my stash, which I also used the Buttercup Sunshine Spray to color them, and then added a corduroy button to the center, and the sentiment is from the stamp set called Label Love by Stampin Up and punched out with the Artisan Label Punch, which I stamped and punched out twice, then cut the blue one to fit over the yellow piece.
Thanks for looking and hope you have a sunshiny day.
Hi All it is time for the latest Anything Goes challenge at Lacy Sunshine. I have used a new image called Daphne Emo Girl, I have colored her with Copics, the color card is below
I then was trying to figure out some cute idea for back to school, and came across this pencil treat box a while ago, so got the template for it here, it is called First Day Ensemble Kit. I made the pencil using Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, and Basic Black card stock, I then decorated it with strips of Basic Black and White panel on top of it, stamped with The photopolymer stamp set from Stampin Up, called Designer Type Set onto it using Rich Razzleberry and Strawberry Slush Ink. I then added Daphne to the front of one of those panels. You can't see the other panels, but there are two more of them. as there are 6 sides to the box. you can open the box from the top to add the treats
Thanks for looking Cindy
This week at Come and Get It, we have a new challenge, featuring creatures, I have used a stamp from Stamp and Create from Saturated Canary called Ratatouille for my card.
I have colored it with Copics. I have added Sweet Shop Designer paper banners to the edge, punched with banner punch. I then added a couple of color dots and sequins. The final addition is silver embossed Happy Birthday Sentiment.

It is a special one close to my heart of course because of my love of all birds. Anyway for the challenge I chose to use one of our arctic friends the penguin. This little guy can be found at our sponsor Crafty Sentiment Designs. He is darling. I have colored him with copics, then used Dazzling Details on the ice and on his pom pom.
I have added some retired designer paper from Stampin Up, and then put a bow using the 5/8 inch Satin Ribbon. and added the sentiment from Hero Arts to the bottom of the card.
