Ribbons in her Hair

Hi Everyone, this week at Come and Get It with Halloween right around the corner, we have a new challenge that is derived from that Holiday, use Orange is the challenge. I am happy as I am not a Halloween kind of person, so chose an image that I could use the color orange in and not have to make it a Halloween card. Here is my card using an image from one of our Sponsors Sweet Pea Stamps, or other sponsor is Aurora Wings, so if you want to win some fabulous images go over and enter.
So onto my card, I have used the floral frames from Spellbinders, Water Color Wonder paper from Stampin Up. 5/8 Satin Ribbon in Chocolate Chip, the sentiment is from All Holidays from Stampin Up, the flowers from my stash.

Keeping Warm

Hi Everyone, this week the challenge at Come and Get It is Keep Warm, Oh how to keep warm, wear mittens and scarfs, have hot chocolate, oh so many ways. I am using an image from one of our Sponsors Eureka Stamps, called Bear with Scarf  I colored him with copics, then added glitter onto the snowball in his hands. For the background I used the stamp set called Snowflake Soiree and the sentiment is from the stamp set Winter Memories, both from Stampin Up, . The snowflakes and greeting are stamped with versa mark ink and then I used winter wonderland embossing powder to emboss it. It is a white and glitter mix, so very sparkly. I then just layered it with other card stock. a simple and effective look I think

I have also made a card using Summer Camp from The Stamping Boutique, simple friendship card, colored with copics. as well.

Cuddly Teddy Bears is our theme this week at Holly Jolly Christmas. I am using an image from one of our sponsors OddBallArt Co., called Bessy I have colored her with Copics, then cut her out, matted her onto green, then on a scalloped edge piece of red, then onto a scalloped piece of green. I've added a bear from Oak Pond Creations, which is part of the baby blocks stamp. I cut the bear out and put him on the card too. The sentiment was done on my computer then punched out. and I added a tree charm.

Recipe Challenge at Lacy Sunshine

This week at Lacy Sunshine Color your World Challenge we are promoting the cute adorable images by Heather Valentine  called the Cookie Crumblers, They are just the cutest little kids around, and they are baking up a storm.
Our challenge is always anything goes, but we all have used these  Images and made them into Recipe cards, pages, etc. I am featuring the Cookie Crumbler called Saucepan Pans.

Here she is colored before putting her on my project

She is colored with copics, The colors are listed below

and here is my recipe for this little gal called Saucepan Kisses

Which I have added some of the Saucepan Kisses into the picture, as I made some.
They are a delightful treat for anyone.
I used paper from Domestic Goddess from Stampin Up for the background and behind the recipe,
I also took a picture of three of them and added it to the recipe page, and have added parchment paper for added texture, as this is what you put them on after cooking them on the stove in a saucepan.
The bowl and spoon inside are diecuts using my silhouette.
I cut her out and put her on with dimensionals and added the Title using a Stampin Write marker.
